In this busy world it can be difficult to find the time to seek out therapy for yourself. Stress, anxiety, and depression can also make it difficult to travel to certain locations. Understanding this, I offer online sessions where you can attend from the comfort of your own house or preferred location. Working from the privacy of my own home I can guarantee a warm and relaxing online experience where we can still talk face-to-face throughout your therapeutic journey.
